Football SA are seeking Match Day Supervisors, Match Day Assistants and Game Leaders (Referees) for the Eastern Zone Schools Competition
Matches are played on Saturday mornings from May to September (no games during school holidays and June long weekend)
Supervisors are required from approximately 7:45am to 12:30pm at East Torrens Primary School, East Marden Primary School and Paradise Primary School and ServiceFM Stadium (Gepps Cross)
Roles and Responsibilities
Supervisor
(Must be at least 18 Years Old)
Ensure venue is set up and packed up appropriately
Ensure matches start and finish on time
Coordinate the collection of team sheets pre-match and post-match
Submit results and team sheets to Football SA
Ensure Rules and Regultions are being implemented at all times
Any other tasks as directed by Football SA
Match Day Assistant
(Suitable for High School/University/TAFE Students undertaking a placement or individuals looking to Volunteer)
Follow direction of Match Day Supervisors
Assist with venue set up and pack up
Ensure matches start and finish on time
Assist with the collection of team sheets pre-match and post-match
Any other tasks as directed by Football SA
Game Leader (Referee)
Assist with any set up of goals and pitches as required
Ensure matches start and finish on time
Act as a Game Leader/Referee and ensure players are enjoying the game and learning the rules in a fun environment
Ensure teams provide team sheets pre-match and submit these to Match Day Supervisors
Any other tasks as directed by Football SA
Volunteer and paid roles are available based on the individuals experience
