Kindly use the following form to request administrator access for PlayFootball and/or Dribl.

Important:

Please note that this form is not to be used for coaches, team managers or team officials. Those club representatives are to contact the club delegate for Dribl access.

All Department for Communities and Social Inclusion (DCSI) Working with Children Checks for the below-mentioned officials will be required to be uploaded at the end of the form to be granted access.

The PlayFootball and/or Dribl Administrator agrees to maintain the confidentiality of all proprietary and confidential information disclosed to them during their involvement with the registration management system. The administrator shall not disclose such information to any third party without the prior written consent of Football South Australia, except as required by law. The administrator agrees that all confidential information received shall be used solely for the purpose of fulfilling their duties as an administrator within Football South Australia and/or any other Affiliated Association. The administrator shall not use any confidential information for any other purpose without the prior written consent of Football South Australia. This obligation shall continue indefinitely, even after the termination of the administrator's involvement with the registration system. The administrator further agrees to return or destroy all confidential information upon termination of their role or at the request of Football South Australia.
