Football South Australia Female Football Week Awards

The Female Football Week Awards provide an important opportunity to recognise and celebrate the contributions of women and girls in football, highlighting the vital role they play across all areas of the game. We encourage clubs and the football community to celebrate the outstanding women within their clubs by submitting a nomination. Each category winner will receive a commemorative plaque and will be recognised as Football South Australia’s representative for the National Female Football Week Awards.
Eligibility Criteria:

The public are eligible to nominate extraordinary football club members of an affilated football club or association.

Nominees must identify as female and be actively involved in football within South Australia as a registered participant or volunteer.

Nominees should demonstrate positive values within the game, including respect for officials, opponents and teammates, while acting as a role model and contributing to an environment that promotes inclusion, teamwork and fair play.

Nominees must not have been suspended or subject to disciplinary action during the period being considered.

We are recognising football club members who have made contributions in the 2025 calendar year.
