COST: $50 per player, no team registration fee

AGE GROUPS:
Mixed - U12 (2014 born)
Boys - U13 (2013 born) + U15 (2012 + 2011 born)
Girls - U14 (2012 + 2013 born), U16 (2010 + 2011 born)

The information outlined in this nomination form is true and correct. All player and team officials will be required to abide by the Rules and Regulations of Football Australia and Football SA during their involvement in the Futsal Competition.

All players and team officials must be registered with the Football SA in accordance to the process provided and agree to pay all fees associated with players participating in the competition.

Next Steps

Once team nomination period closes, Football SA will work through league structures and provide you will correspondence on how to register players and team officials through Play Football.
